morning beauty

it is that simple sometimes. a cup of coffee. beautiful in its design and wonderful in its taste. they complement each other well. the beautiful cup and the advent of our day.

we can all talk about simplicity, about how our days can start off in such beauty and end in such…dare i say, drama.

it is in this simplicity which we start our day, before we add the torrent of information that comes our way unattended and fierce; before that relentless force of our modern world engulfs all of our senses to try and make us comply with the supposed needs we should have and the wants that never seem to leave us.

simplicity however, is never far. from the simple feel of the keys on our fingertips to the supple sound of the air across our faces as we make our way down the highway. simple, yet incredibly complex is this life; where we face our demons every single day only to bed them as the night falls and struggle with them the next day. we accept this struggle as part of life, as part of our ‘being’ human. we make lovers out of our demons, and enemies, only to find out they were lying to us, every day.
